Delivery

Delivery is just £5.99 (UK Mainland ONLY)
(excludes Channel Islands, IOM, IOW, Shetland Islands, Scottish highlands and islands)
Unfortunately there may be an extra £20 charge for just a few very large or heavy goods, mainly larger items of garden furniture or very large plants, as these often need a specialist courier.

The above delivery applies to mainland England, Wales and southern Scotland only. For customers in Northern Ireland, The Highlands, The channel Islands or other off shore islands please contact us at [email protected] for a quote. It may not be possible to deliver some heavy items over 30KG to some destinations due to carrier restrictions.

UK delivery times:
We aim to dispatch all plants and goods within 72 hours of the receipt of order. Delivery with our specialist couriers is usually 2-3 days so you should receive your order within 6 working days.

Very occasionally due to circumstances out of our control, such as late deliveries from our suppliers or adverse weather effecting work on the Nursery, it may take longer to deliver some plants or goods. Also we do not dispatch tender plants during very cold weather, so this may cause a delay in some circumstances.

In this case we will contact you within 72 hours of order to inform you of the expected delivery date. If this is not acceptable you will have the option of cancelling the order for a full refund.

**If you have not received your goods within 6 working days please contact us at [email protected] or phone us on 0845 519 3394 and we will trace your order. We only use reputable couriers but parcels do sometimes go missing in transit.

Confirmation: After your order has been processed you will be sent an e-mail with all relevant information, including everything required under the European Commissions Distant Selling Directive.

European Delivery
We can deliver most plants or goods to the Republic of Ireland and other EU countries. Please contact us at [email protected] for a quote. There are some goods that we cannot deliver into Europe due to carrier restrictions.
