Description
These bay trees are approximately 125cm tall including the pot.
The heads are approximately 35-40cms wide.
Nice bushy, healthy specimens.
They can be left to grow into larger plants or trimmed to keep to the present size.
Although many people just use them as an attractive evergreen foliage plant, the leaves can be used in cooking. Bay trees look great planted in nice pots and placed either side of a front door or entrance. They are usually hardy, although the leaves can get slightly burnt by strong frosts in winter. Exceptionally strong frosts can kill them so some protection in a hard winter is advisable.
Feed and water well spring to autumn. Just water occasionally in winter.
